EXPERIENCE NEEDED: Experience in tool design in Plastic &
rubber mould design & stamping.

Design injection mould tools for plastic mould with additional knowledge of silicon rubber mould design using Creo 6.0 with product data management. Experience including single, multicavity with slider mechanism and fully automatic injection mould with hot sprue / Hot runner concept Design production mould and tools for customized engineering parts in plastic and rubber Collaborative work with tool manufacturing team with design to manufacturing concept Follow technical specifications and quality rules. Expertise to work on Creo 6.0 manufacturing modules for design with plastic and rubber shrinkage. Knowledge of tool steel Material, Plastic material & their shrinkage, moulding process, Manufacturing process, electrode design and heat treatment are must. Follow 5 ‘S ‘, Kaizen, continuous improvement activity.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

Good communication skill

Good software knowledge of Creo 6.0

Good communication and mathematical skills and ability to read drawings, understand requirements & design gauges at the production level for moulding

Connector industry experience is a plus
