Quality Assurance ProfessionalWe are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to ensure software applications meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and user-friendliness prior to release.The role will bridge the gap between technical development and business needs, focusing on Quality Assurance (QA) testing.The QA professional will analyze and review business requirements and user stories to ensure they are testable and have appropriate coverage within the UAT scope.They will design and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.The professional will execute various types of testing, including functional, system integration, regression, and performance testing, to identify software defects and issues early in the development cycle.Using a defect tracking tool, the professional will identify, document, and track software/platform defects (bugs).Closely collaborating with development teams and project leads, they will ensure timely resolution of defects.Performing root cause analysis for defects, the professional will prevent recurrence and improve overall software quality.Salesforce Certifications: Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst2-4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) and/or User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum)Proven experience in writing clear, detailed, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scriptsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detailExperience with defect tracking toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications including Integration Architect, Data Architect, Development Lifecycle & Deployment Architect, Application ArchitectInformed on Salesforce best practices and alternative custom building solutions
