Job Title: Quality Assurance AnalystTo ensure the quality of our SaaS product features and analytics, we are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst.Key Responsibilities:Develop automated tests to verify the quality of SaaS product features, dashboard analytics, and reports.Collaborate with the development and business teams to ensure 100% bug-free releases and accurate analytics data.Design and implement efficient testing processes using feature functionality, data accuracy, consistency, and overall product quality.Develop a QA testing process, conduct functional testing, and retest fixed defects.Ensure defect-free releases while managing regular feature and data testing.Identify and report bugs, ensuring that operations align with software standards.Provide daily product and data quality reports.Document any issues not in line with software operation.Drive development innovation by continuously seeking feedback and being the critic of the product.Communicate proactively with teams to address new challenges and improvements.Requirements:2-4 years of experience in automation testing for web and app (Selenium and APM testing).Hands-on experience in testing data-intensive applications and analytics dashboards.Experience with API automation & testing.Experience in testing web applications on the MERN stack.Proficient in working with MongoDB CRUD application is a plus.Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON/XML.Hands-on debugging skills in Chrome DevTools, cookies, sessions.Familiarity with Webpack, Typescript, SaaS, frontend tools is a bonus but not required.Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Great design intuition and user empathy.Worked in agile teams and prioritized product quality.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Passion for self-driven learning.
