About this role:We are seeking an expert in developing Intelligent AI Solutions to build pioneering NLP and Generative AI solutions that solve real-world infrastructure problems. This includes leveraging state-of-the-art AI technologies, such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic workflows.The ideal candidate will own key AI Features, drive the end-to-end development of LLM-powered applications, chatbots, and optimization engines that improve operational efficiency and resilience. They will also be responsible for building and deploying Agentic AI platforms and Applications enabling autonomous execution and orchestration, as well as developing AI-powered observability and autoscaling frameworks for large-scale distributed systems.Additionally, they will integrate AI/ML solutions into CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and platform APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional engineers to deliver high-impact operational experience. A strong understanding of transformers and modern NLP / LLM techniques, as well as experience with fine-tuning or prompting large language models, is required.The qualified candidate should have a solid grasp of Python programming and exposure to Golang is a plus. Working knowledge of deployment using Kubernetes on Cloud infrastructure is desirable.
