AI/ML Engineer OpportunityAbout the JobDesign and develop cutting-edge AI solutions by architecting scalable machine learning pipelines, services, and platforms using modern cloud and MLOps practices.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, fine-tune, and integrate Generative AI models (LLMs, Vision Models, Multimodal Models) into business applications to drive innovation and efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create effective AI-driven solutions that meet business needs.Review code, guide junior engineers, and ensure best practices in model development and deployment to maintain high-quality standards.Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and approaches to stay at the forefront of AI advancements.Requirements8–10 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI Engineering.Prior experience designing and developing AI systems, including solution design, model lifecycle management, and scalability considerations.Desirable SkillsExpertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch)Strong understanding of model training, optimization, and evaluation techniques.Experience with data engineering concepts and ML pipeline automation.Deep understanding of GenAI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, vector DBs, and RAG.Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or similar).Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with MLOps tools such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to turn business challenges into AI-based solutions.
