Are you a confident communicator with top-notch English skills and a passion for building strong client relationships?
We’re looking for a Sales & Client Relations Executive to join our growing team in Chennai, India.
- Handle inbound sales leads from international clients (UK, Australia, etc.)
- Communicate with clients/leads over phone, email, and video calls with fluent, confident English.
- Manage and update the CRM system to track leads and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for software and digital projects.
- Support the sales team with proposals, follow-ups, and client onboarding.
- Excellent spoken and written English (a must-have).
- Strong communication and presentation skills – confident on calls and video meetings.
- Graduate in any discipline (English-speaking graduates preferred).
- Prior experience in sales, client servicing, or customer success is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work with international clients across time zones.
- Location: Chennai, India (Work from office).
- Role Type: Full-time.
- Growth Path: Opportunity to move into senior client success or international business development roles.
