Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team and lead the automation of key business processes. The role will involve automating our sales pipeline using Pipedrive, integrating CRM systems with Make, setting up voice-calling agents with Vaapi, and ensuring the automation of multiple workflows to improve efficiency across the business. Additionally, the AI Automation Specialist will collaborate closely with the founder to drive innovative AI projects, including setting up an educational YouTube channel powered by AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Pipeline Automation:
  • Design and implement sales pipeline automation using Pipedrive.
  • Monitor and optimize automation workflows to streamline the sales process.
  • CRM Integration & Automation:
  • Integrate CRM systems using Make to optimize lead management and customer relationship workflows.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between various tools and departments.
  • Voice Calling Agent Setup:
  • Set up and configure AI-powered voice-calling agents using Vaapi to automate customer communication and lead follow-up.
  • Train and optimize voice agents for specific use cases and customer interaction scenarios.
  • End-to-End Process Automation:
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Design and deploy AI-powered solutions to automate routine and repetitive tasks across various departments.
  • YouTube Channel Setup for AI-Driven Education:
  • Collaborate with the founder to set up and launch an AI-powered YouTube channel focused on educational content.
  • Implement AI tools to generate, optimize, and manage educational video content.
  • AI Innovation & Project Development:
  • Work closely with the founder to develop and explore new AI-driven projects for the company.
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on new projects.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Provide training and support to teams on using new automation tools.
  • Regularly monitor and fine-tune automation workflows to ensure maximum efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with AI-driven automation tools (Pipedrive, Make, Vaapi, etc.).
  • Expertise in sales pipeline and CRM automation.
  • Experience with AI-driven content creation for platforms like YouTube.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the education or edtech industry.
  • Familiarity with AI content creation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
