Accounting SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to perform various tasks in NetSuite. Key responsibilities include:Bank & Payment Reconciliation: Daily/weekly bank data import, matching using Bank Feeds, automated bank reconciliation rules setup, investigating unmatched transactions, and creating missing GL entries.Credit Card Expense Reconciliation: Importing corporate card transactions into NetSuite, mapping transactions to expense categories and departments/classes, matching credit card transactions to vendor bills, monthly reconciliation of credit card statements to GL balances.E-commerce Reconciliation: Matching up payments with orders for Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and Amazon Vendor Central, adjusting for variances and reviewing order totals against discounts, taxes, shipping, fees, etc.Home Depot EDI Reconciliation: Matching up payments with invoices.General Ledger & Financial Close: Monthly and annual accounting period close in NetSuite, reviewing and posting adjusting journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts.Inventory & COGS Reconciliation: Matching inventory receipts, vendor bills, and landed cost calculations, resolving variances between purchase orders, item receipts, and bills, ensuring correct costing method.Reporting & Automation Setup: Building saved searches for reconciliation workflows, creating dashboards for stakeholders, KPI reporting on AR aging, cash flow, chargebacks, and profitability by channel.Required skills and qualifications include strong knowledge of US accounting principles, experience with NetSuite, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.BenefitsThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a competitive salary and benefits package.OthersThis is a full-time position that requires strong communication and teamwork skills.
