Role Overview:


As an SEO & Organic Marketing Specialist at ViralKraft, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility for our clients across multiple industries, including dental, medical, retail, and service-based businesses. Your work will directly contribute to growing their online presence, driving quality traffic, and boosting conversions.


Responsibilities:


• SEO Strategy Development: Conduct in-depth website audits, competitive analysis, and keyword research to design effective SEO strategies.

• On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and internal linking for improved search engine rankings.

• Off-Page SEO: Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and search visibility.

• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content across blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions.

• Technical SEO: Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience to improve SEO performance.

• Local SEO: Implement and manage local SEO strategies to drive traffic from location-based searches for clients with physical stores or offices.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

• Organic Social Media: Support the creation and execution of organic social media campaigns to increase engagement, brand awareness, and website traffic.

• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the strategies remain current and effective.


Requirements:


• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in SEO and organic marketing, with a proven track record of improving website rankings and driving organic traffic.

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.

• Tools Knowledge: Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

• Content Optimization: Experience with keyword research, content strategy, and content optimization techniques.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present SEO strategies and results to clients effectively.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions to improve SEO performance.

• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• Preferred Qualification: A degree in engineering or marketing & communications. Certifications in SEO or digital marketing are a plus.
