We focus on creating and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other important platforms to drive success for our clients. We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a full-time remote position based in India after an initial 3-month contract period.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and more to deliver high-quality leads and ROI.
• Optimization & Analysis: Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns to improve performance and reduce cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
• Cross-Platform Management: Manage campaigns across multiple digital marketing platforms to ensure consistent messaging and performance.
• Reporting & Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to improve results and enhance marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and clients to align campaigns with business goals and objectives.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in digital advertising to ensure strategies remain effective and relevant.
Qualifications:
• Educational Requirements:
• Engineering degree holder (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or a related field) OR
• MBA from a reputable university with a strong focus on digital marketing or business strategy.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track performance and generate reports.
• Expertise in A/B testing, CPC, CPA, and ROI optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other online marketing techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience in email marketing and automation tools.
