Hospital Maintenance ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Maintenance Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual with a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering to take on a senior role in the maintenance of large healthcare facilities.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure the smooth operation of hospital systems and equipment.Lead and manage a team of technicians and supervisors to deliver high-quality maintenance services.Liaise with hospital administration to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet those requirements.Conduct regular inspections and identify areas for improvement to optimize maintenance processes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in senior hospital maintenance roles, preferably in large MEP contracting companies.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with hospital administrators and staff.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of technicians and supervisors.Good computer literacy, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.Gulf experience and a valid GCC driving license are preferred.Benefits:An attractive salary package, including benefits such as annual leave, air tickets, and medical insurance.The opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality maintenance services.A chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and challenging environment.About Us:We are a leading provider of maintenance services to large healthcare facilities in the Gulf region.
