Desktop Support EngineerAs a seasoned desktop support engineer, you will play a pivotal role in resolving complex end-user issues and improving overall productivity.Investigate systemic problems affecting end-user experience and implement solutions to boost productivity.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points impacting productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot desktop-related issues using advanced techniques and root cause analysis.Enhance user productivity by utilizing Desktop Experience (DEX) expertise.Develop automation scripts to streamline desktop management tasks.Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of desktop systems.Provide expert-level support to end-users, addressing technical concerns and training on best practices.Required Skills and Qualifications7-10 years of experience in Windows desktop engineering or a related field.Subject matter expert in Windows OS internals, including kernel, registry, services, drivers, etc.Working knowledge of OS-level troubleshooting tools and Unified Endpoint Management for managing domain and Entra Windows devices.Strong background in DEX tools for measuring endpoint performance, correlating issues with changes, and user experience optimization.Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation.Strong verbal and written communication skills.What We OfferA challenging and rewarding career opportunity in a fast-paced environment.
