Job OverviewThis role is focused on discovering installed applications, compiling inventory, analyzing and rationalizing discovered apps, and assessing compatibility of applications for Windows 11 and Intune deployment.Key Responsibilities:Discover all installed applications across the environmentCompile inventory of applications currently deployed via SCCMAnalyze and rationalize discovered apps to identify actively used applicationsIdentify unmanaged, duplicate, or obsolete applicationsAssess compatibility of applications for Windows 11 and Intune deploymentFix existing package issues and repackage as needed (MSI, IntuneWin formats only)Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and certify applications for productionCreate and maintain custom installation scripts or wrappers (e.g., PowerShell)Import packaged applications into the AdminStudio catalogStage and assign applications in IntuneTroubleshoot deployment issues and resolve app assignment failuresPerform core application updates, AP testing, and FOMS patchingOversee deployments and generate deployment reportsPeriodically review and clean up unused applicationsMaintain documentation on packaging process, versioning, and application ownership
