SGT University (NAAC A+) accredited, in its campus spread over 70 acres near Gurgaon, offers around 160+ programmes in Medical and Non-Medical domains. Qualification & Experience:
Essential:
1. Master's degree holder having professional additional qualifications will be an added advantage.
2. At least 12-15 years of relevant experience in admission & outreach. Candidate should have previous work experience of working with Education Institutes.
3. He/she must be extremely organized, and detail oriented as well.
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team member, fostering teamwork.
Duties/Responsibilities:
This role is responsible to attract students to the University by proper planning strategies; promoting the University Nationally and Internationally for student admission; directing the staff working under Admissions Office to handle parents and students smoothly and hassle free manner.
- To Plan and implement various strategies to attract quality students and enhance the number of admissions years on year.
- To organize tours around campus to potential students and their parents to showcase the infrastructure facilities and the expertise of faculty. ·
- To guide Marketing Office to organize exhibition and open house for school students and their parents at Campus and other places. ·
- To plan and execute student admissions from various parts of the country.
- To organize visit to school campuses and polytechnic colleges to provide potential students with information about the academic program.
- To assist Marketing to create tools like brochures, pamphlets, banners, merchandise, hoardings, etc. ·
- To supervise the staff working in the Admissions Office and motivate them to bring out their best.
- Ensure adequate hospitality extended to the parents and students at the time of admission.
- To schedule the counselling of students and parents and complete the admission process smoothly. ·
