Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager with one of the leading Medical Device Company in Gurugram. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, product development, defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing the product lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:


1) Develop and execute product strategies aligned with market needs and regulatory standards.


2) Conduct market research and collaborate with neonatologists and healthcare professionals to understand critical care challenges.


3) Lead cross-functional teams to design, launch, and manage innovative neonatal critical care products.


4) Ensure regulatory compliance and drive lifecycle improvements for our product portfolio.


Location: Gurugram

Experience Required: 4+ years of relevant experience in neonatal healthcare or critical care.
