Hiring: Senior Oracle EPM Strategy & Advisory Consultant (PBCS) | 8–20 Years | Remote (India) | 6-Month Contract / Full-Time Location: Remote (India) Engagement: 6-Month Extendable Contract (Option for Full-Time conversion for outstanding candidates) Experience: 8-20 YearsAbout the RoleAre you a Senior Oracle EPM Strategy & Advisory Consultant (PBCS) with deep expertise in PBCS and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)?We're looking for a strategic professional who can lead finance transformation initiatives, advise senior stakeholders, and drive business performance through EPM-enabled insights.This role goes beyond configuration — it's about partnering with business and finance leaders to shape planning, budgeting, and forecasting strategies that deliver tangible outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Oracle EPM (PBCS / EPBCS) implementations and transformation programs end-to-end.Partner with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Planning Heads to design and optimize FP&A and performance management frameworks.Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling excellence.Translate complex business needs into high-impact EPM solutions aligned with corporate goals.Provide leadership during UAT, go-live, and change management phases.Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with accounting and regulatory standards.Desired ProfileTotal 8+ years and Min. 6+ years of relevant functional experience in Oracle EPM / PBCS / EPBCS.5+ years of Strong financial domain expertise in FP&A, closing, and reconciliation cycles.Proven experience advising senior finance stakeholders and leading business process workshops.Exposure to Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) preferred.Excellent stakeholder communication, executive presentation, and documentation skills.Ability to operate independently in a global, cross-functional environment.Preferred QualificationsMBA (Finance) / CA / CPA / CMA or equivalent finance qualification (not manadatory)Oracle certifications in EPM or Financials.Exposure to manufacturing, energy, or professional services sectors.Working knowledge of integration tools (OIC, Boomi, Informatica) and related EPM technologies (FCCS, ARCS, EPCMCS, Anaplan, OneStream, Tagetik, SAC).Work Timings Flexibility to align with US business hours for 2–3 hours daily, especially for stakeholder reviews and milestone meetings.Additional Information Candidates with dual employment history will not be considered.
