Key Responsibilities:Configure HFM applications, including metadata, rules, data forms, and reports.Develop and maintain integration with source systems, like FDMEE and ODI.Perform data load automation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.Collaborate with finance teams on consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and financial close processes.Implement and support workflows, consolidation rules, and reporting hierarchies.Develop custom scripts, rules files, and calculation logic to meet business needs.Provide production support, enhancements, and upgrades for HFM and related EPM components.Document system design, configurations, and support procedures.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.2-5 years of experience in Oracle HFM implementation and support.Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close, and reporting cycles.Hands-on experience with metadata management, data loads, Smart View, and HFM rules development.Experience with FDMEE, ODI, or other ETL/integration tools.Knowledge of Oracle EPM Suite is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Benefits:An experienced team of consultants, working on designing, developing, and supporting Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) applications, provides a collaborative environment for the role.The ideal candidate will contribute to business success by utilizing their technical expertise in HFM and related technologies.
