We are hiring Store In-charge📍 Location: Bangalore💼 Experience: 2+ Years💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000🏠Industry: Garment / Apparel Manufacturing / FashionAbout the roleWe’re looking for Stores In-Charge professionals who can independently manage inventory, track materials, and ensure smooth flow of fabric, trims, and accessories for production.If you are organised, detail-driven, and efficient with stock handling — this role gives you full ownership of store operations.Key Responsibilities• Manage inward and outward stock movement of fabrics, trims & accessories• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and GRN entries• Track consumption, balance stock, and maintain reorder levels• Conduct regular stock audits & reconciliations• Coordinate with the production & merchandising teams for material issuance• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and FIFO implementation• Maintain data on Excel sheets, ERP systems, and inventory software• Generate daily/weekly stock reportsWhat We're Looking For• 2+ years of experience in store/inventory management• Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related fields• Hands-on experience with fabric, trims & accessory stock handling• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles• Proficient in Excel and store management software• Preferably from the garment manufacturing industry• Organised, disciplined, and reliable with strong documentation skillsWhy Join Us?• High-ownership role across store & inventory operations• Work within a structured and process-oriented production team• Strong learning and growth opportunities• Exposure to end-to-end production material flow
