Job OverviewThe Workday Tenant Configuration Support role is a key position that demands expertise in configuration management, feature enablement, data security, and technical assistance.Configuration Management: Apply and validate configuration updates to improve business processes and integrations.Feature Enablement: Activate and test features such as PRISM, Studio, and OSX to ensure optimal functionality within tenant environments.Data Security: Protect and manage sensitive data in lower environments to maintain confidentiality and integrity.Technical Assistance: Provide hands-on technical support for tenant provisioning, refresh, and configuration updates under the direction of the Tenant Management Lead.Monitoring and Alerts: Track PRISM consumption, threats, and tenant performance to generate alerts and monitoring reports.Key Competencies: HCM Foundation, business process framework, calculated fields, Workday Reporting, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in the field and must possess strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
