Testing methodologies Good-to-Have: Workday studio or core connectors, Workday extend, workday release management Certifications Required: Workday Certified Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role - Configuration Management: Apply and validate configuration changes, updating business processes and integrations as per change requests. - Feature Enablement: Enable and test features such as PRISM, Studio, and OSX, ensuring they function optimally within the tenant environments - Data Management: Manage data scrambling, protection, and migration in lower environments, ensuring data security and integrity. - Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical support for tenant provisioning, refresh, and configuration updates, executing tasks under the direction of the Tenant Management Lead. - Monitoring and Alerts: Track PRISM consumption, threats, and tenant performance, generating alerts and monitoring reports to maintain system integrity.
