Cyber Training Lab Trainer
About the Role
We are looking for Cyber Training Lab Trainer who will be responsible for imparting the training on the topics related to digital evidence media handling, Web Defacement investigation, VA/PT etc.
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Training Coordinator – Centre of Excellence
Responsibilities
Implementing, managing and administering the training plan in the field.
Assisting the training coordinator in designing the training program
Design course content and supervise the vendor to develop course material videos/presentations with voice over, documents and simulations/gamifications etc.
Takes care of the day-to-day running of various courses.
Integrate training material available with all governmental and non-governmental agencies like BPR&D, NCRB, I4C, MHA, CERT-IN, various police academies, National Police Academy - Hyderabad, cyber headquarters of various state governments, NATGRID etc.
Compile, customize, translate, enhance and deliver training and capacity building exercises based on the aforesaid training material.
Creation of self-paced training flow and content in the Learning Management System
Prepare and develop real life case studies content on the related topic highlighting different scenarios and modus operandi.
Continuous redesigning for training material based upon feedback, new modus operandi, international and national case studies, and any new topic of educational and functional interest.
Setting up various virtual environments for the tools to be used in real life for the digital evidence media handling, Web Defacement investigation, VA/PT etc.
Work closely with the training coordinator and other vertical and horizontal to curate the best practices and include them in the forthcoming training.
Capacity planning and estimating the requirements of the client and the project
Develop and maintain strong domain knowledge.
Stay abreast with new innovations and the latest technology trends and explore ways of leveraging these for improving the process in alignment with the project.
Qualifications/Skills
Experience:
BE/B. TECH/BCA/B.SC/M.SC/MCA/M. Tech-(Computers/Electronics/IT).
Having at least 5+ years of post-qualification relevant work experience.
Experience of managing large scale digital evidence media.
Experience in-depth practical knowledge on Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing, OSINT, Deep and Dark Net.
Experience in investigation on Web Defacement/Site Down activities.
Experience in investigation on Email and VOIP call Analysis.
Experience in practical knowledge multiple enterprise and open-source tools Like Burp Suite, Nessus, Maltego, X1 Social Searcher, Backtrack, Kali Linux, Recon –Ng, Caine, Deft, Parrot OS, The Harvester, Shodan, Buscador, etc.
Experience in providing training in Ethical Hacking, VAPT, Cyber Forensics, Security and Privacy Practices, Malware Analysis, Offense and Defense security, black-hat, white-hat and grey-hat hacking methods, bounty reporting, etc.
Certification
Active certification in at least one of the following (or their equivalent) o Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN)
CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst CySA+ (CSA+)
Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
EC Council Certified Security Analyst (ECSA)
Preferable:
Comprehensive knowledge on common vulnerability and exposures, port scanning, penetration testing methods (web, mobile and network), data security and privacy practices.
Must have skills:
Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Written and verbal fluency in Marathi/Hindi and English languages.
