We are seeking a skilled Senior AI Analytics to join our dynamic team and contribute to exciting projects that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multi-disciplinary projects that involve data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from problem identification to model development and deployment.
Understand the Functional specifications & derive AI / ML / Statistical specifications
Design, develop, and validate complex analytical models and algorithms tailored to achieve specific business objectives.
Implement machine learning techniques for predictive modeling, classification, and clustering to solve various business challenges.
Generate actionable insights by analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform strategic decision-making.
Create customized dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
Exploratory Data Analysis with Python, R , Excel or any available statistical platforms to understand the summary statistics, Distribution of the dataset, Outlier detection / detection of influencing observations etc.,
Data Imputation & Cleansing the data through industry best statistical practices
Data Collection both internally and from public domains
Feature engineering, identify the relevant attributes / features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, IT, and operations, to define business requirements and translate them into analytical needs.
Foster a data-driven culture within the organization by engaging with business units to understand their analytics requirements.
Monitor the performance of deployed AI models, conducting regular evaluations, and fine-tuning to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Create comprehensive documentation for design processes, algorithms, and implementation procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Building the models to solve the industry problems with reasonable accuracy to fit for use in production
Identify and understand the Diagnostics of Models to know the stability of the model(s) in stressed conditions
Model deployment under given framework
Coordinate with our technology partners / vendors to build the best-in-class AI / ML based solutions
Stay updated with the latest AI trends, research, and technologies, and apply them to enhance existing systems and solutions.
Qualifications/Skills
Experience:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field from premier institutions like IIT / NIT / IIIT / ISI etc.
8-10 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis.
Preferable:
Experience and understanding of government services, Security & Mobility domains
Experience in Operational Research models (Linear and Non-linear programming)
Must have skills:
Extensive experience in designing and implementing machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and reinforcement learning where applicable.
Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-Learn).
Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Ability to create compelling visual narratives that facilitate data comprehension and decision-making.
Extensive knowledge on Supervised and Unsupervised learning models
Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for AI deployment.
Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Good exposure on Deep learning models like MLP, CNN, RNN, LSTM etc.,
Good Experience in Operational Research models, liner and non-liner programming
Experience in statistical methods and models
Experience in TEXT analytics in the space of NLP, NLP, POS Tagging
Exposure to Conversational platform like ChatBots
Exposure working in GPU environment along with CPU
Exposure working in both stand-alone and distributed environment
Exposure working in Physical Data Center and Cloud platforms
Good Experience in using languages like Python, Spark on Python, R and other statistical / Machine learning languages
Exposure to BigData / Hadoop environment
Extensive experience in Model building, Validation / Diagnostics and Deployment
Experience in working on large volumes of data like Multi Peta bytes and variety of data
Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, enabling effective problem identification and resolution.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
