
Human Resources Intern

Duration: 3–6 months (with potential for full-time conversion based on performance)
About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Bangalore office. This is a hands-on role that offers a unique opportunity to experience the full spectrum of HR activities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
● Employee Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate smooth onboarding for new joinees – from documentation to induction and first-day experience.
● Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engaging activities and initiatives to boost employee morale and strengthen team culture.
● Employee Connect: Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees in the Bangalore office, building trust and maintaining regular touchpoints.
● HR Operations & Support: Assist with HR administrative tasks such as online database management, coordinating with central HR teams, and supporting payroll or compliance processes.
● Query Resolution: Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, and other matters promptly and empathetically.
● HR Business Partner (HRBP) Support: Act as an HRBP for a small group of employees, providing support on performance discussions, feedback sessions, pulse checks, and team dynamics.
● Culture Champion: Help nurture and promote PharmEasy's core values and inclusive culture across the office.
Who You Are:
● A recent graduate or currently pursuing HR or related studies
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Highly proactive, organized, and approachable
● Comfortable working from the office every day (this is a mandatory on-site role)
● Eager to learn, unafraid to take ownership, and willing to get hands dirty
