About the Role We are looking for a talented App Marketing Manager to own and accelerate our acquisition and retention efforts across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. This is a high-ownership role responsible for scaling user growth through Meta and Google campaigns, driving organic presence on Instagram, building a strong in-app journey, and crafting automated retention systems using push + WhatsApp. You’ll work across performance, content, analytics, funnels, ASO, and lifecycle messaging. You’ll experiment constantly, validate hypotheses quickly, and collaborate closely with design, product, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing (Acquisition) Own Meta and Google App Campaigns end-to-end — planning, launching, optimizing. Maintain CAC targets while scaling installs and first-action conversions. Drive creative testing: scripts, briefs, iterations, versioning. Work closely with design/video teams for ad creative development. Build weekly reporting dashboards, funnels, and growth insights. Organic Marketing Plan and execute Instagram content aligned with MSME behaviour and Collect’s brand. Lead idea generation, content curation, scripting, and posting cadence. Analyze IG performance and refine content formats for reach + installs. Hygiene & ASO Own the “How-To + FAQ” content engine: scripts, raw material, on-screen explainers. Manage App Store Optimization: reporting, creative briefs, metadata improvements. Retention & Lifecycle Build a full funnel using Clevertap/alternatives: drop-offs, cohorts, inactivity. Craft targeted push notifications and WhatsApp messaging for each drop-off cluster. Run experiments to lift activation, D1/D7 retention, and monthly active usage. Coordinate with product to fix friction points that impact conversion. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with product for in-app journey experiments. Work with design/video to turn ideas into high-quality assets. Drive structured experimentation across the top, mid, and bottom of the funnel. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in app marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads + Google App Campaigns. Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret funnels and derive actionable insights. Experience with Clevertap, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools. Comfortable scripting + shaping content (even if not editing yourself). Understanding of ASO fundamentals. Ability to move fast, test hypotheses, and operate with high ownership. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills. Bonus: experience creating raw video content, acting on camera, basic editing. Why Join Collect?
