We’re Hiring: Growth & Marketing Manager Location: Bangalore Team: Growth & Partnerships What You’ll Own 1. Performance & Digital Growth (50%) Partner daily with our digital agency to track & optimise campaigns via Metabase, Sinch, Wati. Identify winning creatives, cohorts, and messaging to iterate on ads, reels, landing pages. Improve onboarding → KYC → activation funnel with Product & Ops. Own our paid media stack across Meta, Google, YouTube, SEMrush, SEO, and influencer analytics. Manage budgets, forecast ROAS, optimise CAC, and drive country-wise growth strategies. 2. Influencer & Community Growth (15%) Identify, onboard & manage influencers across travel, expat, backpacker, and NRI communities. Negotiate budgets, deliverables & ensure strong localisation narrative. Build & maintain an influencer CRM to track performance + reuse top content. 3. Social Media & Content Marketing (15%) Own Cheq’s brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube. Maintain a dynamic content calendar tied to visa seasons, travel peaks & festivals. Craft blogs, brand stories, and founder-led narratives showcasing “Tourist UPI Experience.” Work closely with design to ship high-quality, snackable creatives. 4. Offline & Experiential Marketing (15%) Lead on-ground activations at airports, cafés, hostels, travel fairs and more. Oversee quality and distribution of collaterals—banners, standees, QR cards, T-shirts, pamphlets. Coordinate with field teams to ensure unified visibility across KYC touchpoints. 5. Brand Analytics & Reporting (5%) Track weekly funnel: reach → KYC → top-up → transaction → retention. Maintain dashboard reporting for founders. Benchmark Cheq’s growth against global fintech players like Revolut, LemFi, Wise. Who Should Apply You’ll thrive here if you have: 3–5 years of growth or full-stack marketing experience (fintech/travel is a plus). Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMrush, SEO, Canva/Figma. Strong execution ownership across digital, influencer & offline initiatives.
