Senior Software Engineering LeadThis position requires a seasoned software development professional with strong leadership skills to oversee the design and implementation of control algorithms for BLDC motors, PMSM, or induction motors.The ideal candidate will have expertise in using FOC, trapezoidal, and other methods for motor control, as well as experience in designing and implementing rectifier circuits for converting AC to DC power.Key responsibilities include developing control algorithms for voltage regulation, current limiting, and power factor correction. Additionally, the successful candidate must have hands-on experience with embedded software in C/C++ for real-time control on microcontrollers or DSP platforms.Strong collaboration is required with hardware, systems, and validation teams. A solid understanding of 16/32-bit microcontrollers and proficiency in tools like MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and simulation are essential.Successful candidates will possess a deep knowledge of control theory and power electronics.
