Role Overview We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Associate Project Manager to take full ownership of client projects - from onboarding the client to delivering the final product. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction. They will be directly reporting to the Co-Founders, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals and client priorities. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and set clear objectives. Work closely with developers and designers to plan tasks, set priorities, and manage sprints. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, providing regular status updates. Ensure quality standards are met through review processes and feedback cycles. Document project plans and decisions for continuous improvement. Requirements: Proven experience in project management (Software development). Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Scrum or Agile) Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira or similar platforms is a plus. Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
