Our Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) helps automate calls and customer inquiries across multiple channels, engaging customers with financial insights and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Our technology is built in-house with breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding.The parser is based on zero-shot learning, achieving over 90% accuracy on Day-1 for industry-specific IVA launches.Role OverviewWe're seeking an experienced SDET III to join our team and take on the following responsibilities:Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.Test Strategy & Planning: Define and implement test strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.Code Quality & CI/CD: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.Performance & Security Testing: Implement performance, load, and security testing strategies to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities.Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve them.Mentorship & Best Practices: Mentor junior SDETs, promote best testing practices, and drive quality initiatives across teams.Tooling & Innovation: Evaluate and introduce new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve efficiency.Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to enhance software reliability.Required Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or Karate.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or k6.Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, TDD, and BDD.Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with security testing concepts (e.g., OWASP, penetration testing).Preferred qualifications include experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases, and exposure to AI/ML testing or blockchain testing.BenefitsRemote work policyComprehensive insurance policyA chance to have a huge impact early in your career
