Job Title: Quality Assurance EngineerWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the high-quality release of our software applications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical development and business needs, focusing on quality assurance testing.Responsibilities:Analyze and review business requirements to ensure testability and coverage within the UAT scope.Design and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.Execute various types of testing, including functional, system integration, regression, and performance testing.Identify, document, and track software defects using Asana for defect tracking.Collaborate with development teams and project leads to resolve defects in a timely manner.Perform root cause analysis for defects to prevent recurrence and improve overall software quality.Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.Requirements:Experience with quality assurance testing and software development.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Staying current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging tools.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the quality of our software applications.
