Job Overview

The Chief Managing Partner will hold a senior position within the company, responsible for overseeing strategic planning and execution of sales directives. This full-time role is based in Bengaluru, Chennai, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, and Rajahmundry. Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience are preferred.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, demonstrating consistent achievement of targets.
  • Strong marketing acumen with the ability to develop and execute effective strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales, including the ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals with large-scale clients.
  • Proficiency in agency management, with the capability to handle multiple agency relationships and improve performance metrics.
  • Excellent team handling skills, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Strong expertise in B2C sales, with a keen understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
  • In-depth understanding of the insurance market, including product knowledge and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional sales skills (Mandatory skill), with the ability to drive revenue and growth through effective selling techniques.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growth in the assigned regions.
  • Lead and manage sales teams, providing direction, motivation, and support to ensure high performance and goal attainment.
  • Oversee market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business development efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess performance, making necessary adjustments to strategies and tactics as required.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining a high standard of integrity and professionalism.
