About Function:
The Business Intelligence team plays a vital role in analyzing data to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making. We gather and interpret data from various sources, transforming it into actionable information for different departments. By using tools like dashboards and reports, we help executives and managers understand trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks. Our work enhances operational efficiency, drives innovation, and ultimately improves the company's overall performance. We serve as key contributors to fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
What you’ll be doing:
Business Intelligence Lead will be responsible for the full life cycle of BI analytics including designing and developing data models, reports, and dashboards; data exploration; performing analysis; establishing and driving KPIs; and training end users. The role will require a strong partnership with the leadership team to monitor and measure our organization’s success and drive data driven decision making.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through collaboration with data engineers.
- Provide training and support for PowerBI tool adoption.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
