Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Retail Store Manager located in Jaipur. The Assistant Retail Store Manager will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, managing inventory, maintaining the sales floor, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable product recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of retail products and ability to understand product details and benefits
  • Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales techniques
  • Strong Communication skills for effective customer interaction
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management is a plus
