The ideal candidate will have demonstrable skills in managing, troubleshooting, and tuning Linux systems with at least 5 years of experience.Build long-lasting partnerships across the organization to foster collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.Manage international 24x7 multi-site production infrastructure powering services, including deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and security.Root-cause complex problems involving multiple stakeholders, network, hardware, and software related to scaling and performance.Ensure proper monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and reporting in the production environment.Contribute to evolving design and architecture of reliable and scalable infrastructure.Participate in on-call rotation and jump on escalated issues as needed.Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will possess excellent technical expertise and leadership skills to lead our global infrastructure team in delivering high-quality services. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize system efficiency, and ensure the availability of critical applications.
