Who we are:

Our team has extensive expertise in delivering Radio Unit FPGA Design. This team consists of seasoned experts in ASIC chip design with good knowledge of wireless communication. Our skilled engineers have experience in micro-architecture design, RTL coding, IP integration, rapid prototyping, DSP algorithm implementation, and detailed verification and validation.
We are equipped to meet our customer requirements. We collaborate across areas such as Algorithms, Systems, board designs, Product Validation, and integrated testing. We embrace failure as an opportunity for improvement. Every day, we unlearn and learn many aspects of wireless communication.
As part of the FPGA team, you will work on developing products for next-generation FPGA based wireless systems.

What you work:

As a Lead Engineer you will be doing design and develop FPGA-based solutions for ORAN radio systems.
Have a general understanding of ORAN 4G and 5G radio access networks, E-CPRI protocols, and related specifications.
Develop based on IP modules of signal chain processing. - Have experience in antenna array steering, beamforming, TDD waveforms.
Familiarity with AMD Xilinx SoC (MPSoC/RFSoC) and Intel FPGA families.
Participate in system-level design and optimization.
Debug and troubleshoot FPGA designs.
Expertise in FPGA timing constraints and timing closure, clock domain crossing, and design implementation for Intel FPGA/AMD Xilinx FPGA.
Work closely with cross-functional engineers to integrate FPGA designs into the larger ORAN system.
Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure quality control and reliability of FPGA-based solutions.

Mandatory Skill :

FPGA design and implementation l Strong development experience on Verilog
Knowledge of Digital Signal processing
Experience with ORAN/4G/5G Radio Related technologies and standards
Familiarity with RF and communication systems is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Desired Skills:

We are looking for an experienced FPGA engineer to join our TEJAS team and contribute to the development of Open RAN (ORAN) radio systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FPGA design and implementation and experience with ORAN technologies related to radios.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in FPGA design and implementation l Strong development experience on Verilog.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Communication Engineering, or a related field
