This collaboration leverages MGT's expertise in management consulting, social impact advisory, and technology services with LearningMate's leadership in educational technology and talent solutions.We work together to source and hire new roles in close coordination between both organizations, managing recruitment, onboarding, and initial training.Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate advanced communications skills required in technical roles.Collaborate effectively with engineers and project managers on projects.Develop and manage technical documentation, deliverables, and workbooks.Configure, troubleshoot, and manage enterprise networks.Implement security principles, automation, and programmability within enterprise networks.Plan, design, and lead large projects with multiple technology types and solution sets.Re-configure and configure platforms in a holistic manner.Implement changes and perform change control mechanisms with thorough testing outcomes.Lead large projects from beginning to end.Manage all aspects of design, preparation, planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and customer sign-off.Required Qualifications:Hold at least one TSG-approved manufacturer associate level certification or maintain (3) or more such certifications.Hold one TSG-approved Professional Level Certification or demonstrate equivalent experience.Certifications:Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP)Multi-manufacturer associate level certifications (e.g., CCNA, ACSA)What We Offer:You will engage with nationally respected teams in management consulting, social impact advisory, and technology services.
