We draw on some of the sharpest minds from distinguished institutions and diverse professional backgrounds to help us achieve our goal of building electoral strategies that spark conversations, effect change, and help shape electoral and legislative ecosystems in our country.About the Team: As part of the Narrative Coordination team at Varahe Analytics, you will have the opportunity to work closely with state and central teams, understanding and analyzing politics at the grassroots level. You’ll collaborate across research, communication, and strategy teams to ensure that all messaging and storytelling efforts are cohesive, impactful, and aligned with organizational and campaign goals. The role requires a high degree of discretion, analytical thinking, social awareness, and the ability to synthesize complex political and social data into clear, persuasive narratives.What Would This Role Entail? Develop and refine compelling narratives that reflect the organization’s strategic objectives and campaign vision. Coordinate with internal teams (research, communications, digital, and field) to gather insights, data points, and on-ground stories. Support thematic campaigns by identifying and shaping storylines around key issues and developments. Create narrative frameworks for diverse audiences — political stakeholders, media, partner organizations, and the public. Craft content suitable for various formats such as reports, press notes, speeches, social media posts, and communication briefs. Track emerging sociopolitical trends and media narratives to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks. Ensure that all communication materials align with the overall campaign message and brand identity. Maintain detailed documentation and ensure timely delivery of all narrative assets.Necessary Skills: Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in Political Science, Journalism, Communications, or related fields). Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and comprehension skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with multi-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Willingness to travel extensively. Basic understanding of Indian politics, governance, and social dynamics.
