Lead UnderwriterOur organization is seeking an experienced Lead Underwriter to spearhead our underwriting operations.Maintain and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to track performance metrics.Coordinate underwriting team activities with management to monitor workflows, improve processes, provide training, report results, and lead special projects.Develop recommendations for strategies and process enhancements to increase value for teams and clients.Lead, coach, motivate, and develop associates to deliver high-quality underwriting reports that meet or exceed operational targets.Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a group of associates to meet all service level agreements (SLAs) relative to underwriting functions, including workflow supervision and work queue management.Analyze and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.Collaborate with management to coordinate departmental activities, monitor workflows, enhance processes, provide training, and report results.
