Job Title: Sr. Consultant Microsoft Security (North America)


Location: Mumbai (India)


About the Role

In this role, you play a pivotal part in safeguarding the customer’s assets and infrastructure through the implementation of Microsoft cybersecurity technologies and processes. Your focus is on advising customers on their cybersecurity program objectives, and with Inspira’s global team lead the implementation of processes and technologies to help the achieve those objectives. Your knowledge of industry leading practices and standards, along with hands-on experience with implementing Microsoft solutions will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • In coordination with Global practice leaders, execute the go-to-market strategies for North America
  • Responsible for US project delivery, including but not limited to leading customer meetings, managing project team activities, performing quality assurance, defining project success metrics and management reporting
  • Identify business development opportunities within existing and new accounts. Support with sales processes such as responding to RFPs and preparing SOW
  • Lead client interactions, including working with client teams in an onsite and offshore delivery model
  • Lead Microsoft security roadmap and strategy engagements (security strategy, roadmap, vendor selection, etc.)
  • Ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions build on different platforms
  • Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft cybersecurity solutions and processes
  • Develop a deep understanding of how our customers use Microsoft security solutions, and advise/guide them with the implementation of these solutions
  • Create and review Microsoft security architecture and solution design artifacts
  • Setup and configuration of Azure Sentinel, Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID and M365 Security
  • Drive strategic and complex projects with many critical dependencies
  • Experience with migrating from on-premises to Azure cloud platform
  • Responsible for multi-project delivery, that includes lead requirements gathering, preparing design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite/offshore delivery model
  • Contribute to eminence activities, such as whitepapers


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in information technology, decision and information sciences, computer science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience


Must have more than one Microsoft security certifications:

  • SC – 100 Microsoft Cyber Security Architect.
  • AZ 500 – Azure Security.
  • MS – 500 – Microsoft Security.
  • SC 900 – Fundamentals of SCI.


Prior hands-on experience with implementing Microsoft security solutions. Minimum three years of experience with architecting and implementing minimum three of the following Microsoft security technologies: Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Sentinel, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for identity, Defender for Cloud, Defender for Cloud Apps

Knowledge on industry and government cybersecurity frameworks and regulations

Deep understanding of more than two Microsoft security solution domains (e.g., IAM, security & privacy compliance, threat and vulnerability management, infrastructure/cloud security, application security)

Demonstrated experience working with US customers

Strong network and relationships with vendor OEMs (e.g., product support, sales and engineering organizations)

Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
