The professional will lead the development and implementation of HR policies, drive employee relations strategies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and oversee performance management programs.ResponsibilitiesDrive HR strategy and workforce planningLead and mentor the HR teamManage end-to-end hiring across functionsRun KRAs/OKRs, reviews, and L&D initiativesStrengthen culture, onboarding, and engagementManage payroll, HRMS, compliance, and documentationBuild and maintain SOPs and SOWsQualificationsProven expertise in Human Resources practices, including HR Policies and Employee Relations.Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.Experience in Performance Management, including setting KPIs, conducting evaluations, and ensuring employee development.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and manage a team across diverse functions.Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications such as SHRM or HRCI are a plus.10+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
