They should also have expertise in at least one of these areas.In-depth understanding of HCM business processes and data flow is essential for this role. Strong communication skills are also necessary for interacting with clients in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.A good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills is required for mentoring team members and monitoring project progress. The candidate should be able to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues or problems.Travel requirements include domestic and international trips for short and long durations. Good problem-solving, influencing, negotiating, and organizational awareness skills are necessary for this role.Frequent interactions with clients around specific work efforts and deliverables are expected. The candidate should be able to provide status updates to the project manager and have good time management skills.About the Role:This position involves working on various aspects of HCM, including implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
