Key Responsibilities - Lead development and technical strategy for Oracle HCM Cloud - Build and own integrations using OIC or equivalent middleware - Develop fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, HDL, and REST APIs - Review code and ensure best practices across the delivery team - Partner with functional consultants to translate requirements into real working magic - Troubleshoot issues with confidence and fix them before anyone panics - Oversee deployments, testing cycles, and production support - Mentor junior developers so they become rockstars too Qualifications - 6 to 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development - Strong hands in OIC, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Reports, and HDL - Experience across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or ORC is a big win - Solid understanding of REST and SOAP web services - Ability to lead discussions with clients and hold the room - Prior experience guiding technical teams through global implementations - Certification is a bonus.
