JOB DESCRIPTIONWe're hiring a CRM & WhatsApp Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize customer engagement using Zoho CRM, and WhatsApp Marketing. You'll be responsible for setting up and executing automated campaigns, managing CRM workflows, and driving communication strategies across email and messaging platforms.Key Responsibilities:Manage, configure, and maintain CRM platforms Zoho/Whatsapp Marketing.)Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, promotions, and customer engagementCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM strategies with business goalsEnsure data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with GDPR or other relevant regulationsMonitor KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and customer retention metricsGenerate reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and CRM performance    Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience with CRM/Zoho CRM/Whatsapp Marketing (minimum 1–2 years)Understanding of marketing automation, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketingStrong analytical skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with CRM API integrations and third-party plugins is a plusExcellent communication and organizational skills
