We're Hiring: Full time Ex-Cabin Crew Trainer

Location: Pune (Poise Aviation Academy)

Poise Aviation Academy is looking for a polished, confident Ex-Cabin Crew Professional to join us as a Trainer for our Aviation & Hospitality Training courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train students in grooming, personality development, communication, and professional etiquette.
  • Deliver sessions on aviation fundamentals, inflight service, and hospitality standards.
  • Counsel both parents and students regarding career opportunities, course expectations, and professional pathways.
  • Mentor students on confidence-building, interview preparation, and public speaking.
  • Maintain and demonstrate the highest grooming and presentation standards at all times.
  • Support with curriculum planning, seminars, and practical workshops.
  • To be able to work on Curriculum building

Requirements:

  • Ex-Cabin Crew experience with leading domestic/international airlines.
  • Strong expertise in grooming, etiquette, aviation service, and safety awareness, Interview skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi languages a plus).
  • Ability to counsel and guide parents as well as motivate students.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.
