Ke y Job Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment management processes. Source potential candidates through various online channels.Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in- person interviews.Develop job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each position's requirements. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs for each department.Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates.Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs. Manage the entire onboarding process for new employees, including HRMS portal setup. Implement innovative strategies for talent management and employer branding.Oversee the overall employee lifecycle for selected employees.Provide a phenomenal work environment with significant growth and cross-functional opportunities. Offer the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies.
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience, preferably in a startup environment. Expertise in both high-volume and niche hiring.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.MBA in HR or an equivalent degree ,with a graduation from the University of Delhi. Proficiency with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
