AI Agent Developer Job OverviewThis position plays a crucial role in building, deploying, and optimizing AI agents to support research automation, ESG analysis, and sustainability intelligence workflows.The ideal candidate will function as the primary technical specialist, collaborating across research and product teams to enable scalable AI-driven solutions within a remote setting.Building and maintaining autonomous and assistive AI agents for sustainability research and consulting workflows.Integrating agent solutions with APIs, cloud platforms, sustainability databases, and external client systems.Collaborating with internal research and consulting teams to develop, test, and refine agent-driven products and reporting solutions (e.g., ESG, TCFD, scenario analysis).Supporting R&D of new agent features, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow orchestration, and prompt engineering.Optimizing system performance for clients, balancing scalability, uptime, and data security.Writing technical and user documentation and providing occasional end-user training and onboarding.Key Requirements:Prior experience in building agentic workflows using technologies such as RAG pipelines, vector databases, prompt engineering, and orchestration libraries like CrewAI or LangGraph.Benefits:Opportunity to work remotely.About This Role:This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and passion for AI development to drive innovative solutions that positively impact the environment.
