We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join our team of experts delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.Senior Technical Consultant RoleYou will learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks platform through hands-on training and experience.Work on new Moveworks implementations for customers, focusing on greenfield projects that leverage cutting-edge technology.Develop and deploy AI agents using Agent Studio, enhancing customer experiences and driving business outcomes.Conduct technical analysis and workshops with customers to design integrations for AI agents, ensuring seamless interactions.Prepare Solution Design documents outlining AI agent capabilities and supporting integrations.Lead successful implementation of AI agents and integrations by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.Leverage software development skills to enhance our product portfolio, driving innovation and growth.Collaborate with international colleagues and customers, fostering global connections and expertise.The ideal candidate should possess:3+ years of back-end software development experience in Python, with a strong focus on API technologies.Experience with solution design, particularly for integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange.Proven ability to work effectively with software/enterprise architects, driving strategic partnerships.Excellent understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT), and JSON/XML data formats.Strong analytical skills, with excellent written and communication abilities.Expertise in technical documentation, ensuring clear and concise information sharing.Able to think critically, solve complex problems, and drive results-oriented solutions.
