**Job Description**Our organization is seeking a highly skilled DFT Strategist to lead the development of Digital Fault Tolerance (DFT) architecture, planning, and implementation for complex System-on-Chip (SoC) designs. As a technical leader, you will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure world-class testability and manufacturability of silicon products.Key Responsibilities:Develop and drive DFT strategy and architecture for multiple SoC projects, ensuring seamless integration across design teams.Implement and verify DFT features like Scan insertion and compression, ATPG pattern generation and fault grading, MBIST and Logic BIST insertion and validation, Boundary scan (IEEE 1149.1/1149.6), IJTAG (1687).Manage end-to-end DFT flow — from Register Transfer Level (RTL) to gate-level netlist and silicon bring-up, ensuring efficient test data processing and yield optimization.Collaborate with RTL, STA, PD, and test engineering teams for seamless integration and successful project delivery.Perform pattern generation, fault simulation, and debug test coverage gaps, leveraging expertise in scripting languages (Python, Perl, Tcl) for flow automation.Own DFT signoff, timing closure (DFT-related paths), and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) pattern delivery, driving process improvements and innovation.Support silicon bring-up, test vector validation on ATE, and yield optimization, fostering strong collaboration among cross-functional teams.Interested candidates can share their CV to discuss this opportunity further.**Required Skills and Qualifications:**A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or VLSI Design, along with at least 7+ years of experience in DFT for complex ASIC or SoC designs. Essential skills include expertise in scan insertion, compression, ATPG, MBIST, and boundary scan, as well as hands-on experience with leading DFT tools such as Synopsys: DFT Compiler, TetraMAX, TestMAX Siemens EDA: Tessent ScanPro, MBIST, IJTAG Cadence/others: Modus, Encounter Test.
