Key Responsibilities Commercial Finance Operations: M anage finance processes for Offline Channels, including General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) , ensuring alignment with business goals. Receivables & Business Finance: Bring strong expertise in receivables management, commercial operations and business finance. Distributor Finance: Oversee distributor-related financial activities including pricing, claims settlements, and reconciliation to ensure transparency and accuracy. Customer Account Management: Ensure regular monitoring of customer ageing and perform timely, accurate account reconciliations . Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with Sales and Commercial teams to provide actionable insights, track key performance metrics, and support strategic decisions. Process Improvement & Automation: Drive continuous improvement in finance processes through automation, system enhancements, and advanced Excel-based analytics . Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and present high-quality reports, dashboards, and business reviews for senior leadership . Candidate Requirements Industry Experience: 8–10 years of progressive experience in FMCG or Personal Care sectors with a focus on Finance, Commercial Operations, Receivables . Channel Expertise: Proven track record of managing finance operations for General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) , including distributor and trade partner finance. Team Leadership: Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of 5–7 professionals . Key Skills: Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in commercial finance tools and processes Strong account reconciliation and financial control capabilities Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders
