As a seasoned ServiceNow expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and configuration of our enterprise platform. This includes managing user accounts, roles, and access control lists (ACLs) to ensure seamless integration and security.We are seeking an individual with 7+ years of experience in platform administration, workflow design, and ITSM operations. Strong technical foundation in automation, domain separation, and relational databases is essential. The successful candidate will possess hands-on skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
