Training and Development SpecialistWe are seeking a high-impact Training & Development Leader to design and deliver innovative learning programs across our global organization, driving measurable improvements in performance and productivity.Leverage expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to create engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes.Analyze skill gaps and business priorities to develop targeted learning interventions that address performance barriers, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness of our global workforce.Benchmark and continuously improve key KPIs, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up time, training completion and application rates, and measurable performance improvements.Develop and scale career development pathways that accelerate internal mobility and strengthen leadership and functional talent pipelines, ensuring a cohesive and agile workforce.Partner with senior leaders to ensure all learning initiatives are strategically aligned with department goals, driving both capability building and business impact.Key Qualifications:8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development, with a proven track record of delivering impactful learning programs.Strong expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Brightspace.Demonstrated success in designing and scaling learning programs that drive measurable skill development and business impact, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to comprehend complex or technical information and translate it into clear, engaging, and effective training content.Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
